HOFMANN MENUE MANUFAKTUR renovates its professional offering in GN ½ and makes the choice for compostable BIOPAP® Trays

A significant impact from the environmental, visual and tactile point of view: all Alu trays are replaced by BIOPAP® LC with heat sealed Hard lid with easy open function and exhaust stem valves for re-heating process. The solution is ideal for the COOK & FREEZE process using the high temperature and mechanical resistance of BIOPAP®, form -40°C of the freezing tunnel, to automated packing and to re-heating at 145°C.
