first DFM \u2013 Dire Fare Mangiare"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Our first <strong>DFM \u2013 Dire Fare Mangiare<\/strong> has come to an end, proving once again to be a truly unique event for the Italian catering sector: two intense days of meetings, exchanges, ideas and discussions on the trends and challenges that are transforming the sector.<\/p>\n<p>It was a major organisational effort that brought together businesses, clients, professionals and institutions over two days and, above all, created real opportunities to talk, listen and build.<br \/>\nA special thank you to <strong>Mario Sistito and Fabio Coruzzi from POLIBOX<\/strong>, who encouraged us to take part: they were right.<\/p>\n<p>For BIOPAP\u00ae, it was also an opportunity to contribute to the round-table discussion <strong>\u2018School catering: proposals and models to improve service quality\u2019<\/strong>, moderated by <strong>Gabriella Iacono<\/strong>, alongside <strong>Francesco Di Marco \u2013 Dussmann Service<\/strong>, <strong>Marianna Mandolfo \u2013 Municipality of Corsico, Corrado Giannone \u2013 Ristorando\/National Council of OTA and Manuela Atzeni \u2013 Municipality of processes together, we can influence the entire process\u00a0 <strong>prepare \u2192 store \u2192 transport \u2192 reheat \u2192 serve \u2192 enhance,<\/strong>\u00a0helping to improve organoleptic quality, food safety, operational efficiency and service conditions, whilst simultaneously reducing waste and environmental impact.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>This is the vision that BIOPAP\u00ae has developed for the catering sector: <strong>innovating packaging to innovate the service<\/strong>, to the point of integrating its end-of-life into bio-waste collection and the biological circular economy, thereby transforming the catering sector into a driving force behind the bio-economy.<\/p>\n<p>But perhaps the greatest value of DFM lay precisely in the meetings themselves.<\/p>\n<p>High-level discussions with <strong>Serenissima Ristorazione, Dussmann Service, ITA Airways, Milano Ristorazione, CIRFOOD, Sodexo, Elior<\/strong> and many other operators have enabled us to pinpoint real needs and operational challenges, and to identify practical applications for our technologies.<\/p>\n<p>Because innovation truly gains value when <strong>it moves beyond presentations and becomes concrete action<\/strong> that shifts paradigms.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019ve returned from our first Dire Fare Mangiare event brimming with inspiration, having made new contacts and, above all, with new projects to develop.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Thank you to everyone who shared their challenges and experiences with us, and to those who have begun to imagine, together with BIOPAP\u00ae, new ways of delivering
