The University of Santiago has held the ceremony within the Packaging Innovation Day. The contest was focussed on sustainable food packaging \u00a0and was promoted by the University of Santiago, Label Chile (Innovation packaging center) and CO-INVENTA, the national platform \u00a0for food packaging innovation. The jury was formed by prominent Research and Development personalities such as Jos\u00e9 Galotto (Director of USACH\/LABEN Chile\/Co-Inventa), Alan Garc\u00eda\u00a0(SOFOFA, Sociedad de Fomento Fabril), Roc\u00edo Fonseca (CORFO, Corporaci\u00f3n de Fomento , entrepreunariat), and Guillermo Gonz\u00e1lez (Jefe Departamento de Econom\u00eda circular \u00a0from the Ministry of the environment. Our excellent Marie Chantal Gallaz of \u00a0Pacific Trading has supported the candidature of our sustainable and innovative food trays and has collected the 3rd prize.
